Waterfront Accommodation Gold Coast

We are just 6 minutes to the Emerald Lakes centre and walking park which has. Greek, French, Indian Fusion restaurants and three styles of coffee shop including a great friendly Italian deli. Oceana on Broadbeach promised to be a luxurious place to stay and we were not disappointed.
We are not just a booking service, we are the local reservations and property management team for our properties and know them all intimately. Myself, my 15 yr Holiday House Surfers Paradise old daughter, my 80 yr old dad, and my 73 yr old mother who has alzheimers. Long walks on the beach every morning followed by a swim in the pool and 15 mins in the steam room. We also went standup paddle boarding on the lagoon. We appreciated the little extras especially the hats and beach towels.

Upon opening the door to our 2 bedroom ocean front apartment we were just in awe of the spectacular beach panorama and river views. The apartment was well appointed with everything needed to ensure we could relax and forget about the outside world. With Foxtel, Netflix and unlimited WiFi our daughter was able to watch her favourite shows and keep her devices connected when she wasn't enjoying the beach or spa bath. When your body settles into the comfy, cool fabric, soft top mattress after a busy day of travel arrangements you will know you made the right choice in deciding to stay at Blue Ocean Apartment. Apartment loaded with all the extra's families with young children need as well as extras for the not so young, to make your holiday easy and relaxing. On entering the apartment you will immediately see holiday views of palms, beach, sand and surf.

Only 2 things that needed addressing an exhaust over the BBQ and the exhaust in the kitchen to low..kept banging our heads. The seven spacious bedrooms, four bathrooms and powder room effortlessly cater for large groups or families holidaying together. There is a 2 car garage and secure parking for an additional 2 cars on the property.

No reason to leave the house or the pool 🙂 Very clean, and kitchen well equipped. Walking distance to pacific fair for all pampering and shopping needs. The property is not only impeccable in every way, but is close to everywhere that you want to go to on the Gold Coast. I would thoroughly recommend it to all families, groups and friends. The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However, the owners reserve the right to make alterations to the booking due to unforeseen circumstances and/or allow tradesmen to have access to the property to facilitate any repairs if necessary.

Quiet zone between 10pm and 8am NO groups of males. I will meet and greet you upon arrival, show you through the house and give you the keys. I will be available by phone for the duration of your stay should you require any assistance. Enjoy relaxed  dining with a large undercover bbq and entertaining area. Bring your fishing rod, kayak or stand up paddle board with easy access to the Nerang River available from Spectrum holiday apartments. One with King bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, flatscreen and loads of built in storage space.
Our  12 seater hire was too big to fit in the basement car park. There was no issue swapping to an outdoor car park. Pool toys made an ordinary swimming pool a place the kids loved to spend time.
